Applications for the NHS Leadership Academy’s Mary Seacole Local Programme (cohorts 14) are now open.

The Mary Seacole Leadership Programme is a 6-month programme designed by the NHS Leadership Academy in partnership with global experts, Korn Ferry Hay Group. The programme is delivered locally across the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Integrated Care System (ICS) and is open to to all those working within health and social care in their first formal leadership role.

The programme consists of:

• 12 eLearning modules
• Launch workshop 
• 3 interactive workshops
• Online discussion forums
• 2,000-word assignment 

Cohort 14 workshop dates:

• Welcome Launch: 9th Oct 2024
• Workshop 1: 4th Nov 2024
• Workshop 2: 18th Dec 2024
• Workshop 3: 30th Jan 2024
• Programme ends: 28th Mar 2025

Cohort 15 Workshop dates:

• Welcome Launch: 16th of Jan 2025
• Workshop 1: 6th of Feb 2025
• Workshop 2: 13th of March 2025
• Workshop 3: 1st of May 2025
• Programme ends: 3rd of Jul 2025

Please note:

Workshops are mandatory and require participant attendance.

Places are limited and shortlisting is on a scoring basis.

Cost is £300, a significant saving on the same programme delivered by the National NHS Leadership Academy at £995.
