Looking to develop your leadership skills?

Applications for the NHS Leadership Academy’s Mary Seacole Local Programme (cohorts 11 and 12) are now open.

The Mary Seacole Leadership Programme is a 6-month programme designed by the NHS Leadership Academy in partnership with global experts, Korn Ferry Hay Group. The programme is delivered locally across the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Integrated Care System (ICS) and is open to to all those working within health and social care in their first formal leadership role.

The programme consists of:

• 12 eLearning modules
• Launch workshop 
• 3 interactive workshops
• Online discussion forums
• 2,000-word assignment 

Cohort 12 workshop dates:

• Welcome Launch: 28th June
• Workshop 1: 24th July
• Workshop 2: 20th Sept
• Workshop 3: 7th Nov
• Programme ends: 7th Jan

Cohort 13 workshop dates:

• Welcome Launch: 9th Sept 2024
• Workshop 1: 4th Oct 2024 
• Workshop 2: 6th Dec 2024
• Workshop 3: 31st Jan 2024
• Programme ends: 28th Mar 2025

Please note:

Workshops are mandatory and require participant attendance.

Places are limited and shortlisting is on a scoring basis.

Cost is £300, a significant saving on the same programme delivered by the National NHS Leadership Academy at £995.
