Following the successful running of this session at our Multi-Professional study day, we are delighted to offer all members of General Practice teams, both clinical and non-clinical, the opportunity to attend this online session aimed at recognising the characteristics and behaviours of different personality types, both in oneself and in others.

Our speaker is Dr Steph Manton, GP Mentor and GP Multi-Professional Educator at Herefordshire and Worcestershire Primary Care Training Hub, aims to cover the following objectives:

• To identify what is good ‘Team dynamics’ and why does it matter so much?
• To identify and differentiate between different personality types
• To recognise the strengths and contributions of each of the personality types
• To build confidence in developing effective strategies for effective team collaboration

This session is designed to be fun and interactive, and will involve some small group work.  For this reason, it is necessary for all attendees to be able to access the microphone and camera settings on their electronic device.  Places are limited to accommodate this.
