An overview of heart failure from initial presentation to end of life considerations.
This course is aimed at all HCP’s involved in the care of people with heart failure in a primary or community care setting and wish to update their knowledge and skills and demonstrate their continuing competence.

- Information for patients to support self management
- Recognising deterioration
