Following the success of the sessions ran since summer 2022 the diabetes team have a new set of dates with a new agenda,

Topics will include What’s New, Optimising treatment and Case studies.

Formally known as link nurse training/ LIS update

The online session is hosted on the Training Hub Learning Management System (LMS) relevant to Worcestershire county Primary Care GPs, Practice Nurses and other members of the MDT. Who actively manage diabetes and have experience with managing patients on multiple therapies including insulin.

The sessions are repeated on multiple dates so you only need to book one session.

Please note your details (name and surgery) will be passed on to the organising team. If you do not wish for this to happen please inform us at the Training Hub before you book.
