Key Responsibilities

  • Process new pension members and leavers following standard procedures.
  • Schedule and ensure timely payment of member contributions.
  • Meet pension administration deadlines set by The Pensions Regulator.
  • Complete year-end updates for pension members.
  • Act as the point of contact for pension and financial matters.
  • Attend team meetings, training, and appraisals to contribute to the organisation's growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Skills: Strong IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook), attention to detail, and excellent customer service.
  • Attributes: Motivated, flexible, calm under pressure, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the healthcare sector is desirable.
