· We have 2 sites and have a patient population of 9600 patients
· A training practice therefore with up to 4 registrars
· Part of the BAD PCN offering same day Hub sessions
· Have allied healthcare professionals such as pharmacists, ANPs and PAs
· We look after 6 care homes
The role will include patient facing and admin duties. You may be required to work in the same day Hub, visit patients and do care home ward rounds.
